Jawwad Rafique(Founder & CEO)

Twenty years in enterprise AI across Microsoft, Amazon, C3 AI, and Google. Led the SaaS engineering organization at C3 AI through its successful IPO. At NexEng, Jawwad builds what he has spent his career learning: AI that solves real problems for the people who depend on it most.

Umar Manzar(CFO)

Umar is a fractional CFO currently managing five active client engagements and a fifteen-year finance veteran with senior roles at UBS Switzerland and DHL Germany. As a CFA Charterholder with deep expertise in SaaS financial modeling, he has guided multiple startups through successful funding rounds. Umar does not just understand the market NexEng serves.
