Important: Our AI services and applications may produce incorrect or misleading information. You acknowledge that any content generated by the AI may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You take full responsibility for verifying the information and ensuring that your use of the responses causes no harm. Nexeng is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexeng, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
